As a member of our Kitchen Staff, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers. Our Kitchen Staff earn certifications in various positions including Prep, Ovens, Pasta, Assembly, Grill, Coordinator, Sauce and Meat. The responsibilities of our Kitchen Staff may include but are not limited to: washing dishes, collecting bus tubs from the dining room, emptying trash, cleaning, stocking, properly rotating product,communicating low product levels and product quality issues, preparing food, following recipes, ensuring proper food presentation, ensuring food quality, safe food handling, maintaining flow of orders in and out of kitchen, ensuring promptness of ticket times, and executing and upholding Demos' systems and standards.
