Peter D's Restaurant HIRING TODAY for FOH Key Hourly

The FOH Key Hourly role is a unique position that combines server shifts with supervisory shifts.  Shifts will primarily be serving shifts supplemented with hourly supervisor shifts which are paid at a significantly higher hourly rate.  This position is ideal for an incredible server with excellent leadership skills who is capable of serving in a supervisory role as needed. This role works hand in hand with management sharing responsibility for training and guiding the behavior of other service staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Directs, coaches and assists staff throughout scheduled shift to ensure service staff is exceeding customer expectations.
• Provides training to staff to ensure growth and development.
• Enforces checklists and ensures side work is completed properly.
• Opens and closes restaurant.
• Maintains clean and organized restaurant.
• Communicates effectively and consistently with management team each shift regarding staff performance and any staff, service or quality issues.
• Ensures Peter D’s policies, standards and systems are adhered to at all times.
